Hello! I'm Manoj Kumar Dass

Think of me as your hospitality wizard—no, I don’t do card tricks or pull rabbits out of hats, but I do have a knack for turning ordinary dining experiences into extraordinary ones. With 30 years of experience under my (chef’s) hat, I’ve been weaving my magic in the hospitality world with a dash of passion and a sprinkle of pure expertise.
